RESOLUTION NO. 88-131
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING
CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO
THE ENGINEER'S "REPORT" IN A SPECIAL
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALI1
has heretofore instituted and conducted proceedings unc
terms and provisions of Chapter 27, being Article 2 of Pal
Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the St
California ("Improvement Act of 1911") , for the construci
certain works of improvement in a special assessment d
known and designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-3 (
1211LANE) (hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"

WHEREAS, at this time it is further decided that the
the bonds should be extended to provide a more favorable
program €or the property owners within the boundaries

Assessment District; and,
WHEREAS, based upon the presentation and recommendat
18 11 llstaff and available documentation, it now appears tl

changes and modifications as set forth in the amended ass
roll and Engineer's "Report", as presented herein, shc
approved and ordered to be done, said changes increasing t
contribution, but not causing any increase in any asse
from those as previously set forth in the Engineer's "Repo

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the abpve recitals are all tr

to the terms shall read as follows:
"Serial bonds shall be issued in accordance with Div
