A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PERIODIC SALES OF
THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

California, as follows:
1. That the City of Carlsbad does hereby authorize the Coun
Diego to dispose of surplus property which is no longer required by tl
Carlsbad and to collect appropriate surcharges to offset the pro rata
the sales.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City (
the City of Carlsbad on the 26th day of April , 1988, by the
vote, to wit:
