RESOLUTION NO. 88-140
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
UNCONTROLLED STOCKPILE WITH CARLTAS DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY
WHEREAS, Carl tas Development Company has submitted a re1
approval of an agreement for uncontrolled stockpile of excess
generated by the grading of the Car Country Expansion Project (CT 87
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carl sbad has detc
to be in the public interest to approve said agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
Carl s bad, Cal i forn i a, as fol 1 ows :
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the agreement for uncontrolled stockpile wit
Development Company which is on file with the City Clerk and is in(
by this reference is approved.
3. That the City Manager is authorized to execute agreemen

recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County
