RESOLUTION NO. 88-148
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CONCERNING STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION OF NECESSARY RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR FAU FUNDED PROJECTS
WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the Federal Aid '
(FAU) funded projects administered by the State of Califo
