RESOLUTION NO. 88-150
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN FILES.
5 WHEREAS, maintaining all obsolete files, correspondence and paper
6 is uneconomical; and
7 WHEREAS, Section 34090 of the Government Code provides authority 1
8 the destruction of certain records; and
9 WHEREAS, the documents listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
10 a part hereof, have been reviewed by the Chief of Police; and
11 WHEREAS, the Chief of Police recommends that all documents listed

Exhibit "A" are more than two years old, are no longer required, and mc
the requirements of Government Code Section 34090 for destruction; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of 16

WHEREAS, the City Attorney has consented to the destruction of thc
