RESOLUTION NO. 88-151
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED.
WHEREAS, Jefferson House I1 has submitted a Grant Deed con
easement to the City of Carl sbad for Water1 ine purposes over a p
Lots 14,15,16,17 and 18 of Schell and Sites Addition per Map No. 211
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has detc
to be in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th
Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Jefferson House 11, dated
1988, conveying an easement for water1 i ne purposes over a potion of
15, 16, 17 and 18 of Schell and Sites Addition per Map No. 2145 to
of Carlsbad which is on file with the City Clerk and is incorporat
by reference, is accepted.
3. That the City Clerk is authorized to cause the original D
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
California, with the appropriate Certificate of Acceptance attached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the loth day of May , 1988 by the
vote, to wit:
