RESOLUTION NO. 88-157
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REFERENC-
ING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE AND DIRECTING
CALL FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS

WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CAR1
CALIFORNIA, has heretofore instituted proceedings unde

(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, at this time there have been submitted for
review the plans and specifications for the works of impro

SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all t~
