I/ 0 0 4 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 RESOLUTION NO. 88-164 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING INTENTION TO ORDER THE CONSTRUCTION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT; DECLARING THE WORK TO BE OF MORE THAN LOCAL OR ORDINARY BENEFIT; DESCRIBING THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED TO PAY THE COSTS AND EXPENSES I CERTAIN 1MP.ROVEMENTS IN A PROPOSED THEREOF; AND PROVIDING FUR THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIP HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The public interest and convenience requii it is the intention of this body, pursuant to the provisj Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the St California (the "Municipal Improvement Act 1913") r to orc construction of certain public improvements, together with tenances and appurtenant work, in a special assessment d known and designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1 ( AIRPORT ROAD) (hereinafter referred to as the "Assc District"). DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS I( The improvements to be constructed under these proct 21 shall generally consist of the following: 22 23 A. A proposed assessment of the total amc the assessable costs and expenses of the proposed imprc upon the several divisions of land in proportion to the est benefits to be received by such subdivisions, respectivel: said improvement.
