RESOLUTION NO. 88-170
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TWO PUMPS, AND APPROVING A FUNDS TRANSFER
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Car
California, has determined it necessary, desirable, and
public interest to upgrade the pump capacity and ope
systems of the Agua Hedionda Sewage Pump Station; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable for economy of maintenanc
availability of spare parts to purchase new pumps th

4. That a funds transfer in the amount of $200,000 is
approved from account No. 512-820-1850-3182 to project e
No. 512-820-1850-3303 consistent with the intent of
resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City council held on the 24th day of May
1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
