RESOLUTION NO. 88-172
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING SPECIFIC PROJECTS FUNDING UNDER THE 14TH YEAR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
GRANT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, on May 24, 1988, considered the City's Four
Year Block Grant Application; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has taken all testimony
account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the program fu
outline in Exhibit 2 attached hereto and incorporated h
as though fully set forth is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is h
directed to forward the program outlined herein to the
Department of Housing and Urban Development for inclusi
the Fourteenth Year Development Block Grant Applicatior
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED, by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California on the 24th day of May, 19
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
