RESOLUTION NO. 88-179
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED EASEMENT TO PROVIDE
RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF STORM
DRAIN FACILITIES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has de
