RESOLUTION NO. 88-186
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY TO SERVE AS'A NON-VOTING MEMBER OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW BOARD.
WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos has establishe
Environmental Review Board (ERB) and one of its duties 1
report on compliance of the San Marcos Trash-to-Energy :
with environmental conditions of approval; and
WHEREAS, on April 26, 1988, the San Marcos City Col
voted to expand the ERB to include representatives from I
North County Cities; and
WHEREAS, the San Marcos City Council has now requ
that the Carlsbad City Council appoint a representative;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counc.
