RESOLUTION NO. 88-198
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SUMMARY VACATING AN ALLEY SOUTH OF PINE AVENUE BETWEEN HARDING STREET AND THE SOUTHERLY PROJECTION OF JEFFERSON STREET
WHEREAS, the above stated alley right-of-way w:
previously dedicated will provide no usable access
adjoining properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correcl
