RESOLUTION NO. 88-201
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS FOR THE COST:
ASSOCIATED WITH VARIOUS HAZARDOUS WASTE PROGRA
WHEREAS, a sand and grease separator is required by
County Industrial Waste Division, and;
WHEREAS, the construction of such a sand and gr
separator is estimated to cost $12,000, and;
WHEREAS, various accumulated hazardous waste prod
routinely generated by City forces require an appropr
enclosure, and;
WHEREAS, the construction of such a hazardous w
storage facility is estimated to cost $4000, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the transfer of $16,000 from the conting
account (acct # 001-840-1990-2939) to the Mechan
Maintenance budget (Acct $ 620-5210-2940), is hereby apprc
