RESOLUTION NO. 88-207
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SUPPORTING, IN PRINCIPLE,
PROPOSED LEGISLATION FOR CONGRESSIONAL
AUTHORIZATION TO LINE PORTIONS OF THE ALL-AMERIC
