A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD BEACH EROSION COMMITTEE.

WHEREAS, Captain John Gray has resigned as a member of the Beal
