RESOUJTION NO. 88-212
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREE-
SERVICES.
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that i
desirable and necessary to retain the consulting services
transportation planner.
MENT FOR CONSULTING TRANSPORTATION PLANNING
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correl

authorizing the retention of Bouman and Associates
consulting services as a transportation planner.
