RESOLUTION NO. 88-217
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE ENGINEERI'S "REPORT"
IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

the provisions of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", 7
has previously adopted its Resolution of Intention pursu
