HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-07-05; City Council; Resolution 88-218rk m 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 88-218 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, OVERRULING AND DENYING PROTESTS AND MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CAR1 CALIFORNIA, has, by Resolution, declared its intention to the construction of certain public works of improvement, pu: to the terms and provisions of the “Municipal Improvement I 1913”, being Division 12 of the Streets and Highways Code ( State of California, in a special assessment district knob designated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1 (PALOMAR AIRPORT (hereinafter referred to as the “Assessment District“); and, WHEREAS, certain owners of property liable to be as for improvements have filed written protests or objection delivered the same to the City Clerk not later than the hor for hearing such objections; and WHEREAS, at the time set for said Public Hearing protests and objections were duly heard and considered, ar matters as to the method and formula of the assessment spre< the determination as to whether or not the property did recl benefit and whether the assessments were apportioned in dance to benefit were heard and c.onsidered. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the above recitals are all tru correct. SECTION 2.
