A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
FOR THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE COLLEGE BOULEVARD
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, PROJECT NO. 3188

Assessment District, Project No. 3188, has been satisfac
completed; and
WHEREAS, additional work was necessary to complel
construction of said District; and
WHEREAS, sufficient contingency funds exist withj
Assessment District project account to enable the appro

13 I1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council

City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That project Change Order No. 9 in the total amc
$109,720.97 is hereby approved and the Mayor and City C1c
authorized to execute said Change Order. Following ext
of Change Order No. 9 by the Mayor, the City Clt
authorized and directed to return copies of said executed
Orders to Municipal Projects for processing.
