RESOLUTION NO. 88-230
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
3 11 OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT
DEED.
4 11 WHEREAS, Dyna Industries Inc. has submitted a Grant Deed c(
5 // easement to the City of Carl sbad for waterl ine purposes over a port

9 and 10 of Carlsbad Tract 73-49; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determin
in the public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City c
