RESOLUTION NO. 88-231
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR WATERLINE EASEMENT PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Davis-Palomar Associates has submitted a Grant Deed (
easement to the City of Carlsbad for water1 ine purposes over a porti
6 (I of Carlsbad Tract 79-1; and
7 11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determir
8 11 in the public interest to accept said Deed;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City (
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Davis-Palomar Associates, da
1988, conveying an easement for waterline purposes over a portior

Carlsbad Tract 79-1 to the City of Carlsbad which is on file with thc
and is incorporated herein by reference, is accepted.
