RESOLUTION NO. 88-247
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
THE BASIC AGREEMENT OF THE ENCINA JOINT POWERS
ESTABLISHING THE ENCINA ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE THIRTY-SEVENTH SUPPLEMENT TO
WHEREAS, the Eleventh Supplement to the Basic Agreement of the EI
Powers dated June 26, 1979 appointed the Leucadia County Water D
Operator/Admini strator of the Enci na Water Pol 1 uti on Control Faci 1 it!
WHEREAS, the Leucadia County Water District desi res to cease
Operator/Administrator of the Encina Water Pol 1 ution Control Facil it;
WHEREAS, the proposed Thirty-Seventh Supplement creates a new 31
Administrative Agency assigning it the duties of the Operator/Admini:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Thirty-Seventh
to the Basic Agreement of the Encina Joint Powers establishing
Administrative Agency.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Car
Council held on the 19th day of July 9
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux 2
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
