RESOLUTION NO. 88-248
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE
CONTINGENCY FUND TO THE TAX ACCOUNT IN THE
PERSONNEL DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City must pay the 1986 and 1987 assessmc
in taxes from our minimum premium health plan with Northwc
National Life; and
WHEREAS, there is sufficient money in the other fund:
for the taxes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council oi
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That $27,274 will be transferred from the Con.tinc
Fund to (001-820-1510-2930) Taxes to pay for the tax asse:
from our minimum premium health plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of
Carlsbad City Council held on the 19th day of July, 1
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Lar
NOES : None
ABSENT : None
