A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING A FIRE PUMPER
SURPLUS, AND AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF SAME TO
THE SAN DIEGO COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the item 1 isted in Exhibit "A" be declared surplus.
3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed tc
said unit to the San Diego Community College District.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City (
the City of Carlsbad on the 2nd day of August , 1988, by the
vote, to wit:
