RESOLUTION NO. 88-266
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AGREEMENTS WITH PLAN CHECK CONSULTANTS AND AUTHORIZING THE MAINTENANCE OF A LIST OF QUALIFIED FIRMS FOR PROVIDING PLAN CHECK SERVICES TO THE
CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends and the City Council c(

consultant plan checking services be made avail ab1 e in order to i
8 WHEREAS, there exists a need for maintaining a list of qualifi'
g providing plan checking services; and
10 WHEREAS, satisfactory agreements have been negotiated with t
11 Willdan Associates, Fraser Engineering and Helming Engineering.
12 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City (
