RESOLUTION NO. 88-269
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH KELTNER AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE DESIGN OF THE BUENA
VISTA LAGOON VISITATION AREA AND
IMPROVEMENTS TO JEFFERSON STREET
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsba
previously appropriated funds for the design and construci
the Buena Vista Lagoon Visitation Area and Improveme
Jefferson Street; and
WHEREAS, proposals have been solicited for the de:
the project from qualified engineering firms; and,
WHEREAS, following receipt and evaluation oJ
proposals, it has been recommended the firm of Keltri
Associates be selected to design this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and corre
2. That a consultant agreement with Keltnl
Associates for the design of the Buena Vista Lagoon Vis
Area and Jefferson Street Improvements is hereby appro1
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and dire1
execute said agreement.
3. Following the Mayor's signature of the agr
the City Clerk is further authorized and directed to
copies of said agreement to Keltner and Associates e
Municipal Projects Department for their files.

expenditures for Project No. 3204 to Project No. 3156 sc
combine all project funds in one project account for accc
and operational efficiency.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the 2nd day of August
1988 by the following vote, to wit:
