A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NOS.
THE HOLDING OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO
TO INCLUDE THE SUBMISSION TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO INCREASING THE
TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX BY AN ADDITIONAL 2% TO
FINANCE THE CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC GOLF COURSE, TENNIS COURTS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE CITY.
