A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO PREPARE AN IMPARTIAL ANALYSIS OF THE PROPOSED
ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO AN INCREASE IN THE TRANS1 ENT OCCUPANCY TAX TO PAY FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A PUBLIC GOLF COURSE, TENNIS COURTS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL FACILITIES.
