RESOLUTION NO. 88-274
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR THE PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD ASSESSMEI
DISTRICT, PROJECT NO. 3151
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsl

Road West Assessment District; and, 9
and unanimously approved the formation of the Palomar 8
previously on July 5, 1988 confirmed the preliminary asse
10: WHEREAS, the City Council has previously on July 1
11 awarded a construction contract to effect said project; a
12 WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds it nec

1. That the above recitations are true and corre 17
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 16
