A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING P LAF SPECIFICATIONS AND CONTRACT DOCUMENTS i AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE 1 CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR THE CHASE FIELD IMPROVEMEI PROJECT #3723.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsl

WHEREAS, plans, specifications, and contr!
documents €or the furnishing of all labor, materia:
tools, equipment, transportation, and other expenr
