RESOLUTION NO. 88-286
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY €
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA APPROVING THE CONDITION1
NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ZC 87-1, CT 87-2, HDP 88
2, CARLSBAD RANCH BUSINESS CENTER.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
August 9, 1988, hold duly noticed public hearings as prt
by law to consider said request; and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hear:
considering all testimony and arguments, examining the
study, analyzing the information submitted by
considering any written comments received, the City
considered all factors relating to the Conditional I
Declaration including Planning Commission Resolution E
granting Planning Commission approval of said Con(
Negative Declaration; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1) That the foregoing recitations are true and corre
2) That the Conditional Negative Declaration issuec Planning Director on May 4, 1988 was prep compliance with the California Environmental Qua and Title 19 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code.
3) That there is no substantial evidence that the pr conditioned may have a significant effect environment.
4) That the City Council of the City of 1 incorporates into this resolution Planning Co Resolution No. 2744 , including findings and co
contained therein.
