RESOLUTION NO. 88-287
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH EPM; APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF
HARDWARE; AND TRANSFERRING FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the Mechanical Maintenance personnel need to mo
maintenance costs for vehicles, pumps, generators and other mot
equipment; Track and schedule 1 abor hours and material costs assoc I
maintenance and repairs; Maintain equipment and repair history; mor
consumption; schedule regular and preventative maintenance for I
accurately charge back maintenance costs to the user departments; anc
a controlled parts inventory; and

WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is necessary to compul
above stated tasks; and
WHEREAS, staff has analyzed available fleet maintenance package
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the purchase of the "Fleetsite" software package is apl
