RESOLUTION NO. 88-300
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
A TRANSFER OF $15,000 FROM THE CITY COUNCIL
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT 001-840-1 990-2999 INTO
POLICE OPERATIONS CAPITAL OUTLAY ACCOUNT
001-820-2120-3900 FOR VEHICLE OUTFITTING FOR
FOUR PERSONALIZED PATROL VEHICLES
I WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Police Officers Association and the City

had an understanding that a 1984 Personalized Patrol Vehicle Study b

WHEREAS, the Personalized Patrol Vehicle (PPV) Committee agree 9
WHEREAS, a committee was formed in May to develop a test prog

11 WHEREAS, additional vehicle outfitting for four PPV, amounting '
