A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT
DEEDS.

WHEREAS, BCE Development Inc. and Leisure Technology Corpol
submitted Grant Deeds conveying easements to the City of Carl sbad for
drainage easements purposes; and

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determin
in the public interest to accept said Deeds;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City o
California, as follows:
