RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS IN PROCEEDINGS AND ASSESSMENTS
IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PURSUANT TO
~ THE "MJNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1913"

WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF CA

CALIFORNIA, has previously adopted its Resolution of In
