A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD APPROVING A COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATI
BRIDGE OVERPASS FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council of .the City of Carlsbad
finds it necessary, desirable and in the public inte~
enter into a cooperative agreement for improvements
Palomar Airport Road bridge overpass with the St,
California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS); and,
WHEREAS, an agreement to affect said improvemer
been prepared.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitations are true and corre

hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said agreement. Fo
the Mayor's signature of said agreement, the City C1
further authorized and directed to forward three (3) ce
copies of this Resolution and three (3) original copies 1
agreement to the State of California Departmc
Transportation, District 11, Attn: Kurth Barnes, 282
Street, Post Office Box 85406, San Diego, CA 92138-5406,
(1) copy of the cooperative agreement and resolution
Municipal Projects Department.
