A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS, AND AWARDIN A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MINOR ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS AND TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT MELROSE DRIVE
AND RANCHO SANTA FE ROAD, PROJECT NO. 3280
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Ca
