RESOLUTION NO. 88-314
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING RAMSAY HOUSE AS A
HISTORIC LANDMARK.
APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
CASE NO. : H-15 RAMSAY HOUSE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
determined that the Ramsay House meets the requirements
Historic Landmark: and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municip
Code the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Californ
did, on the 6th day of September , 1988, hold a du
noticed public hearing to consider designation on prope
described as:
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map 13027 APN 156-110-73
WHEREAS, at said hearing, upon hearing and conside
all testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons des
to be heard, said City Council considered all factors
relating to H-15, Ramsay House.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
the City of Carlsbad, as follows:
11 That the foregoing recitations are true and correc
21 That based on the evidence presented at the public hearing, the City Council APPROVES H-15, designati the Ramsay House site as a Historic Landmark.
