RESOLUTION NO. 88-325
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSE AND WOLFF/LANG/CHRISTOPHER ARCHITECTS, INCORPORA FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES DURING CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad has previously entered in

for the design of the Carlsbad Senior Center and Car 7
agreement with Wolf f/Lang/Christopher Architects, Incorpc
10 WHEREAS, the City requires the services of said firm c
11 the construction phase of said project; and
12 WHEREAS, a scope of work and fee for services has

Clerk is further authorizes and directed to forward a cop] 20;
1 amendment. Following signature of this amendment, the 19
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute 18
