RESOLUTION NO. 88-330
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADDING MEMBERS TO THE UNDERGROUND UTILITY ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on January 4, 1977 adopt Resoluti
creating and establishing the Underground Uti1 ity Advisory Committc
WHEREAS, said Resolution provides for a Committee composed o
members of which two (2) shall be City staff; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to increase the Committee
members by adding the Redevelopment Director and the Uti 1 i ti es and
Director to the Committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The above recitals are all true and correct.
2. That Section 3 of Resolution No. 4073 is revised a

"Section 3. The City staff members on the Commi ttl the incumbent City Engineer (who will act as Chain designated representative, the incumbent Director I or his designated representative, the incumbent Rec Director or his designated representative and thc Utilities and Maintenance Director or his representative. The Utility Company members on thl shall be the Liaison Engineer designated by Pacifil and the Electric Conversion Coordinator designated Diego Gas and Electric Company. 1 3. That Section 5 of Resolution No. 4073 is revised as follows:

"Section 5. The Committee shall be composed of nine (9)
members of which four will be City Staff members, one Planning
Commission member, two Utility Company members, and one Cable
TV Industry member, in accordance with Section 3, and the
remaining member shall be appointed by the Mayor with consent
and approval of the City Council;"
6 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Carlsbad City
7 Council held on the 6th day of September , 1988 by the
