RESOLUTION NO. 88-333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING PROJECT FUNDS AND APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR THE DESIGN OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS TO MANZANO DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls
funds available in the General Capital Constructior
Unappropriated Reserves; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carls
solicited proposals from qualified firms to Design
Improvements to Manzano Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbe
it necessary, desirable and in the public interest to
Consultant Agreement with Klagge-Stevens and Assc
Incorporated for the design of Street Improvements to
Drive.
I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:

1. That the above recitations are true and corrc
2. That funds in the amount of $15,000 are
transferred from the General Capital Construction
Miscellaneous Street Improvements, Project No. 3254
Manzano Project Account for the design of street improver
~ Manzano Drive.

3. That a Consultant Agreement with Klagge-Stet
Associates, Incorporated is hereby approved and the Ma
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execu
Agreement.

4. Following the Mayor's signature of the Agr
the city Clerk is further authorized and directed to
copies Of said Agreement to Klagge-Stevens and Asso
Incorporated and the Municipal Projects Department for th
files.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad City Council held on the 13th day of Septembe
1988, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and
NOES: None
