A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND
AWARDING A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
IMPROVEMENTS TO PARK AND MARINA DRIVES AND THE PARK DRIVE 1911 ACT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT

6 WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carl

Drives and the Park Drive 1911 Act Assessment District; an( 8
for the construction of the improvements to Park and I
9 WHEREAS, the low bid received for said projec

submitted the Daley Corporation in the amount of $149,6'
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbz 12

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 18
