A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION
OF FUNDS FOR FIREWORKS AT POPS CONCERT.

The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califorr
does hereby resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the City's Arts Office provides cultural
opportunities for Carlsbad residents, and
WHEREAS, the Arts Commission recommends fireworks
10: I/ held in conjunction with the Pops Concert, and
11 WHEREAS, additional funding is required.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci: 12

1. The above recitations are true and correct.
14 2. The donation in the amount of $2,000 to the C.
