RESOLUTION NO. 88-357
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FROM POLICE ASSET FORFEITURE FUND FOR
SUPPORT OF POLICE ACTIVITIES
WHEREAS, from time to time the City of Carlsbad recei
funds resulting from the Police Department's drug enforcem
activities; and
WHEREAS, said funds must be restricted to use in supps
police activities including the acquisition of equipment,
or services; and
WHEREAS, the appropriation of said funds is necessary
any expenditure of funds can take place; and
WHEREAS, the Police Forfeiture Asset Fund has an avai
fund balance in excess of $54,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Carlsbad, California, that the amount of $54,000 b'
appropriated from the available fund balance of the Police
Forfeiture Fund for support of police activities.
