A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT NO. 3263 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BEACH ACCESS STAIRWAY AT 2701 OCEAN STREET
