RESOLUTION NO. 88-313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA DESIGNATING CALAVERA LAKE AND
AS A HISTORIC POINT OF INTEREST.
APPLICANT: HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION
CASE NO. : H-14 CALAVERA LARE AND DAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
determined that the Calavera Lake and Dam meets the
requirements for a Historic Point of Interest; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the Municip
Code, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, Califor
did, on the 11th day of October, 1988, consider point o
interest designation on property described as:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
