RESOLUTION NO. 88-368
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
6498, AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 8823, ISSUING
A CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY TO
METRO TAXI TO REVISE THE SCHEDULE OF FARES.
5 WHEREAS, the City Council by the adoption of Resolutic

service within the City of Carlsbad; and 8
Conveniencefand Necessity to Metro Taxi to operate taxicak 7
6498 and 8823 has approved issuance of a Certificate of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of ' 11
WHEREAS, Metro Taxi has requested approval for a revis
10 the schedule of fares with the City of Carlsbad;

2. That Section 3 (c) of Resolution No. 6498 is amend 14
1. That the above citations are true and correct. 13
City of Carlsbad, as follows:

"The schedule of fares to be charged shall be $2. the first 1/9 mile; $. 20 for each additional 1/9
