RESOLUTION NO. 88-369
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, SELECTING AN ARCHITECT[TRAL FI
PREPARE ARCHITECTURAL ANALYSIS, PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE LEO CARRILLO RANCH.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to have an
architectural analysis, plans and specification prepared
the Leo Carrillo Ranch; and
WHEREAS, proposals for the analysis have been solic
and reviewed: and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $90,000 have been
received for the State Office of Historic Preservation f
the proposed work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Counci
the City of Carlsbad, California, hereby selects the fir
Milford Wayne Donaldson to prepare architectural analysi
plans and specifications for Leo Carrillo Ranch at a cos
$63 , 700.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting o
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on the 25th of Octob
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: Council Member Lewis
