RESOLUTION NO. 88-374
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CARLSBAD SWIM COMPLEX DECK REPAIRS
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of CI
for construction of the Carlsbad Swim Complex Deck :
Project No. 3271; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for the construct
said project was submitted by ROCA Construction C
Incorporated, in the amount of $61,291.00; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the project
number 191-820-1821-3271 for the construction of this p
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ca
California, hereby declares it necessary, desirable and
public interest to construct the aforementioned project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coul
